Accounting Workshop (Three year term)
• Plan, supervise and evaluate the annual accounting workshop.

Annual Meeting Host (One year term)
• Host annual CACUBO Meeting.
• Develop budget, menus, lodging venues, social activities and sponsor exhibits.

Annual Meeting Program (One year term)
• Plan and develop theme of annual meeting.
• Identify and recruit speakers and presenters and coordinate vendor/sponsor exhibits.
• Develop timetable for all elements.

Audit (Two year term)
• Audit financial records of CACUBO and report findings at annual meeting.

Business & Finance (Two year term)
• Review and evaluate overall finances of CACUBO. Implement financial policy guidelines.
• Maintain and update Business Policy and Procedures Manual. Coordinate reporting and auditing.
• Develop guidelines for quasi-endowment investments.

Collegiate Management Institute (CMI) (Three year term)
• Provide oversight of all activities related to the annual CMI Institute, including program development and delivery and promotion and evaluation.
• Develop and monitor budget.

Current Issues Workshops (Three year term)
• Plan and deliver professional development programs throughout the CACUBO region.
• Poll CACUBO members for suggested topics.
• Develop and monitor budget.

Member Relations & Communications (MRCC) (Three year term)
• Recruit new CACUBO members.
• Facilitate retention of current members. Promote and publicize CACUBO activities.
• Solicit volunteers for committees and retain volunteer list.

St. Louis Workshop (Three year term)
• Plan, evaluate and supervise annual workshop.
• Provide quality and timely professional development.
• Develop and monitor budget.
