Strategic Planning

The Board of Directors is responsible for CACUBO’s organizational direction. In order to carry out their responsibilities the Board:

  • Holds regular quarterly meetings,
  • Special meetings by teleconference, as necessary,
  • Makes use of membership surveys and other assessment tools.

  • Evaluated CACUBO’s program effectiveness.
  • Gathered information to develop new programs and services.
  • Measured member satisfaction with CACUBO and its programs.

Results:

  • Overall results were quite positive.
  • Results have been used to guide decision-making.
  • One outcome:
    • There was confusion over the roles of NACUBO and CACUBO
    • Work has been done to clarify these roles through the ACUBO Innovation Process
