Call for Presentation Proposals 2009 CACUBO Annual Meeting ~ Cincinnati, OH
Deadline: Sunday, February 1, 2009

The 2009 Annual Meeting Program Committee invites exhibitors and sponsors to submit proposals for presentations in Cincinnati, OH at the 2009 CACUBO annual meeting. The program's focus is "Building Bridges for Success". This is a perfect opportunity to share information and interact with the membership of CACUBO. Vendors/Sponsors are welcome to partner with institutions. If you would like to be a presenter in the program, please use the format suggestion on the CACUBO website; http://www.cacubo.org.

The Program Committee will make final selections based on the synergy of the topic with the reminder of the program. A member of the committee will get back to you by March 1 with the results of the committee's decisions. Aspects of your proposal that will enhance your selection possibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Presentation supports the theme of the program
2. Presentation transfers knowledge and/or skills to our business officers
3. Presentation partners with a representative from a higher education institution (highly desirable)
4. Presentation material/handouts are useful on the college or university campus
 
Proposal Format:
1. Presenter(s) name, address, phone number and email address
2. Title of Presentation
3. Executive summary of presentation (1 page or less)
4. Outline of content of presentation (2 pages or less)
5. Listing of previous presentations made to similar group(s)/listing of references

The Program Committee will make final selections based on how well the topic fits the conference theme and the areas of concentration, the qualifications/experience of the presenter, etc.. A member of the committee will get back to you not later than the end of January 2004 with the results of the committee’s decisions.
