Strategic Planning
The CACUBO Board of Directors is responsible for the association’s strategic direction, resource allocation, and outcomes. In order to carry out their responsibilities, the Board engages in a variety of governance and planning activities.
- Holds regular quarterly meetings
- Conducts special meetings by teleconference, as necessary
- Nominates officer candidates for leadership positions
- Makes use of membership surveys and other assessment tools
- Establishes both standing and ad hoc committees from the membership to focus on various initiatives and functions (NOTE: Perhaps we can link committees to the actual committee rosters or descriptions.)
- Engages regularly in planning activities intended to maintain an appropriate
strategy and operational tactics to ensure the ongoing organizational
success of CACUBO
