The CACUBO Annual Meeting, held each fall, is one of the premier higher education events in the region. For staff at all levels in college and university business offices looking for a valuable, high-quality higher education conference, CACUBO’s Annual Meeting provides a setting for networking, as well as presentations and seminars to share information on important professional development topics.

The Annual Meeting is also an outstanding and affordable way for all levels of higher education accounting professionals to earn CPE credits. Attendees of the CACUBO Annual Meeting can also visit the exhibits of our event sponsors and access additional resources from this group of industry-leading, higher education business partners and companies. Sessions will include updates on current policies or requirements, or basic information.

ANNUAL MEETING

The 2021 virtual Annual Meeting was held on September 27 – 29, 2021. The Annual Meeting is CACUBO’s capstone event for 2021. It is your place for networking, information gathering, education & fun with higher education peers. The 2021 theme was “Navigating Uncharted Territories in Higher Education.” See information below for past speakers and meeting materials:

ANNUAL MEETING MATERIALS

IMPORTANT CPE INFORMATION

The Annual Meeting is recommended for up to 16.8 hours of CPE credit based on a 50-minute credit hour and attendance at all scheduled sessions. Sessions are offered and tentatively approved in the "Group Internet Based" format. In order to receive credit, participants must be present in a session for 50 consecutive minutes and respond to a minimum of 3 polling questions per 50 minute session.

To request a refund, please contact [email protected] Refunds will be granted before September 15, 2021, less a $100 processing fee. Requests made after September 15, 2021 are ineligible for a refund.

EXHIBIT & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

2021 Virtual Exhibit Hall (CLOSED)

Exhibitor meeting room's were available for $1,000. Registration is closed.

Each room is configured in one of two ways: 1) to play pre-recorded video content, or 2) to conduct live demos and presentations.  You will have the opportunity to provide a contact for the room such that you can toggle between the two configurations.

  • Your marketing materials can be made available under the ‘Files’ tab.
  • You can chat with attendees and request contact information for post-conference follow-up activities. 
  • A list of attendees who visited the exhibitor meeting room can be provided after the conference closes.

With your sponsorship, your company logo is displayed within the item as well as on our CACUBO virtual annual meeting webpage.  Our sponsors will be listed alongside our annual meeting logo on the landing page of the virtual platform and on the virtual platform sponsor page.  Your logo on the sponsor page can link directly to your website if you choose.  Once your sponsorship opportunity is confirmed, you will receive a sponsorship letter for agreement.  This letter will include the sponsorship level you have reached and the benefits for you to choose for that level.
