Who Governs CACUBO?

CACUBO is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by our members, comprising senior business officers from member institutions across the Midwest and North Central United States. Led by the President and an Executive Committee, the Board provides strategic oversight, ensures fiscal responsibility, and directs professional development initiatives for higher education finance professionals. To successfully carry out their responsibilities, the board:

  • Holds regular quarterly meetings and special meetings by teleconference.
  • Makes use of membership surveys and other assessment tools to gather feedback from our members.
