BUSINESS PARTNER ADVISORY COUNCIL

CACUBO established the Business Partner Advisory Council in 2023 at the request of our business partners and as a key initiative of the CACUBO Strategic Plan to strengthen and enhance our partnerships. The council plays an important role in providing feedback and ideas to help ensure the success of the CACUBO Annual Conference and all CACUBO professional development events for both attendees and business partners.

Participation on the council is for a one-year term. Following each Annual Conference, invitations are extended to serve on the council for the upcoming year. Business partners may be invited to serve for consecutive terms.

Council Expectations

Business Partner Advisory Council participants are expected to:

Participate in scheduled council calls
Participate in the focus group luncheon at the Annual Conference
Serve as ambassadors for CACUBO
Share ideas and feedback openly and professionally

Desired Outcomes

Through council meetings, CACUBO aims to:

Strengthen relationships with our business partners
Enhance the experience of both business partners and CACUBO at the Annual Conference and other professional development events
Share information about upcoming conference and event planning to allow for early input
Encourage the exchange of new ideas
Address issues and concerns
Establish clear expectations for both CACUBO and business partners
Provide business partners with a clear understanding of their role in CACUBO professional development
